Allowing for puberty blockers and wrong sex hormones to continue to be administered to minors if they have already been started is irrational! Continue of puberty blockers just prolongs the harm and increases it because the longer a young person's body is prevented from going through puberty, the more harm that will be done to maturation of various organs, including the brain. And the longer testosterone is administered to females or estrogen to males, the more pervasive the harm to various organs and physiological processes. This also incentivizes starting administering these substances, even though that would now be illegal. Well, since this young person has already had a single dose of puberty blockers/wrong sex hormones and that should never have happened, now it will be legal to continue to administer them. Even if the substances were obtained in contravention of the law. What if the law said you cannot beat your children (or dog or intimate partner) unless you have already been beating your children (or dog or intimate partner?
